This b&b is centrally located in Heber near lots of restaurants/attractions and just a couple blocks off the main road through town. It's an old historic house decorated in the ornate Victorian style with lacy curtains, chandeliers, and the likes. There's plenty of parking right outside and carpeted staircases throughout (no elevator). The check in process was very relaxed and contactless with information/key waiting for you upon arrival. We stayed in the Senator Suite. The room was spacious and the double bathtub was very clean and a luxurious experience. The tub was the selling point for us and it was superb! The room needs a bit of upkeep— paint chipped along the baseboards, wallpaper peeling, burned out lights, stains/holes in towels, worn furniture, and dirty rug all made it feel a bit rundown. I appreciated the wide variety of pillow options, but the bed was very springy and we were both hurting in our backs/shoulders during the night and very achy by morning (we're in our mid thirties). The walls are thin and you can easily hear your neighbors and the traffic noise but it all got quiet during the night for sleeping. Breakfast was in the charming dining room and made to order by friendly staff. We enjoyed the sweet & savory crepes. If you’re looking for a historic stay this would check the box but would be improved by some upkeep to the property. Overall it felt a bit on the expensive side for the experience (~$300 on Valentines) since Park City has a lot of upscale res

I can’t say enough good things about this bed-and-breakfast and its owners. I’ve never felt more connected to a place after just two nights. The breakfast was amazing and the hospitality from both Chris and Mike were beyond words I’d highly recommend visiting, I’m definitely going back.

We had a beautiful 1night stay with breakfast in the morning. We slept comfortably, the amenities were perfect for what we needed and this 1902, 9K square foot home was filled with memories of the time. The stained glass! So incredible. Definitely recommend staying here and yes, without a doubt enjoy the morning breakfast. I had strawberry crepes and bacon. Delicious. Ps. The staff were all super gracious and accommodating. A perfect stay.

Such a clean clean, beautiful, well kept house. We stayed in the Senator suite and it was fabulous, beautiful, clean with a huge tub, it had a nice big fridge, microwave. Then there are 2 kitchens you can get things out of if you need, we got ice. It was SO quiet, we met one of the new owners Michael and he was great too, very accommodating, let us do a late checkout. Then in the morning, they make you breakfast, you choose from a menu, I have severe allergies and the chef was very accommodating and so sweet, funny and caring. He also gave a historical tour about the house. Great place, would for sure stay again and would recommend to anyone, you won’t be disappointed.
