28 Tudor Court is a comfortable bungalow which is located within the grounds of Tolroy Manor. A great location, with family friendly facilities such as pool, playground, laundry, restaurant and bar on site, and just over a mile from Hayle, with its stunning beaches, fabulous food and abundance of local and artisan shops.
With two bedrooms (one double and one twin room), well equipped kitchen, open plan living/dining space and bathroom, 28 Tudor court offers holiday accommodation for up to four guests.
A great location from which to explore West Cornwall, both St. Ives and Penzance are a short drive away, with the wilds of West Cornwall beyond easily accessible from Tolroy Manor. 28 Tudor Court is a great location for families who enjoy the convenience of on site facilities as well as the proximity to beaches and local attractions.
Living/Dining Area- Spacious, open plan kitchen/dining area. Two comfy sofas, dining table and four chairs. There is also a TV with DVD player. Bedroom 1 - Double bedroom with king size bed. Bedside table and build in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 - Two single beds, bedside table, tall boy storage and wall mounted TV. Kitchen - Well equipped with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge and separate freezer. Bathroom - Recently fitted with a double shower cubicle with a rainhead and hand held shower attachments, basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans & Mexico Towans are all close by. At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. While it is unlikely during the summer season, the park at Tolroy Manor advises caution should be taken when there is a weather warning in place as the park is surrounded by trees and it is advisable to vacate the park during this period. In the unlikely event of an Amber weather warning or higher being issued for the period when you are due to stay, we are able to cancel your holiday with a full refund or move your reservation to a later date. If you choose to remain at the property this is your choice, and any risk you take is at your discretion.
Winter stay at Tolroy Manor (Late Oct - Late March): Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.
