This house offers a light and spacious living space with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and guest accommodation for up to five people. And as an added bonus, it also features a dishwasher for easy and convenient cleaning.

Situated within the grounds of Tolroy Manor, guests at 19 Strawberry Hill can enjoy access to the park's fantastic facilities, including a pool, playground, shop, and restaurant. Plus, it's just a short drive from Hayle's three miles of golden sands, supermarkets, cafes, and shops. And if that wasn't enough, St. Ives and Mount's Bay are only a 15-minute drive away, making it the perfect location for exploring all that West Cornwall has to offer.

The Location
The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands. The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby. Ideally situated to access all of west Cornwall's attractions.

Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.
