31 Trevithick Court is nestled within the leafy grounds of Tolroy Manor on the outskirts of Hayle. A two bedroomed holiday home which enjoys the on-site amenities of the park such as a pool, shop and restaurant, the property offers comfortable space for up to four guests and is dog friendly.

With one double room and one twin room, well-equipped kitchen, open plan living and dining space and double doors which open on to a patio with picnic table, 31 Trevithick Court is a great base from which to explore St. Ives bay and West Cornwall…

Living Room - Open plan living/dining area. Two comfy sofas as well as dining table with four chairs.
Kitchen - Well appointed kitchen area off main living area with oven, hobs and extractor, fridge and microwave.

Our office is located at Riviere Towans, which is within a couple of miles of Tolroy Manor, and we are open 9 am-5 pm Monday - Saturday and 9 am-1 pm on Sundays. The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands. The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby. Ideally situated to access all of west Cornwall's attractions.

Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans & Mexico Towans are all close by.
At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer.

For ocean enthusiasts, Hayle is a popular destination for surfers, kite surfers, paddle boarders and kayakers alike with great conditions for various watersports along St. Ives Bay.
For walkers, Hayle is located on a beautiful stretch of the South West Coastal path which runs from Hayle estuary all the way to Godrevy along the beach and dunes.

Winter stay at Tolroy Manor (Late Oct - Late March):
Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.

A base for Cornwall

Everything was just right for our stay in Cornwall. TV didn't have the greatest signal at times. Had to cut holiday short due to family issues at home
