Just 10 minutes from Hayden, 20 minutes from Coeur d’Alene, enjoy golf, Silverwood Amusement Park, and all the lake activities you love. Built dramatically into a steep hillside above Hayden Lake, Berven Bay Estate was completely renovated top to bottom in 2026 — essentially a brand-new home. It unfolds across four distinct levels, each one closer to the water, each with its own character and views.
