Custom built w understated elegance in a modern & functional floor plan. Quality sheets and a down comforter, all on a Tempurpedic mattress on the only queen bed. Futon couch is 3rd person bed (3 guests max). Oversized bathtub/shower, large vanity, quartz countertops, separated 2nd sink/kitchenette area with Keurig coffee maker, toaster, mini fridge and microwave. Separated private entrance & patio w 24hr contactless self check-in & private secure parking on far side of my home on nearly an acre. Only shared wall is with Boat garage. Close to Honeysuckle Beach and downtown.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.
