Bring a kayak, fishing pole, & beach gear (available at the property). Soak in the 9 person hot tub after a round of golf at Avondale golf course (1 mi). Check out is by 11am. Please gather all trash and throw into the gray trash can outside. Recycle goes in the blue can.
Load dishes into the dishwasher & run (pods are under the kitchen sink). Our crew will wash any remaining dishes left in the sink. Place all kitchen, bath, & hot tub towels in the laundry room.
All sheets and blankets can stay on the beds. Ensure the hot tub cover is on. Turn off all lights. Close all windows. Lock all doors except the door from garage to laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The home is in an excellent location with quick access to the public beach, boat ramp and public golf courses. It was very clean and we appreciate the extra pull out chair beds being made up for us before we got there. There were plenty of lake and backyard toys and games available for use. We also liked that there were some basic, shelf-stable kitchen ingredients available in the cupboards for our use. The neighborhood was quiet and host Jen was easy to communicate with and responsive to our needs.

By far the best rental we’ve stayed in for our wedding weekend in CDA. This house has it all from games for the kids. Comfortable beds. To a pac n play for the baby in our party. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood right next to the lake!Hope to stay again. Thanks again !

What an amazing place! The house and neighborhood are wonderful. Peaceful and quiet. It is also so close to town and the lake. Really enjoyed our time there. Only downfall was that we didn’t stay longer 😁

Perfect house for all ages

We had a wonderful time! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed plus extras. The place was clean and modern and perfect for our large group. There were kayaks and paddle boards for the lake as well as yard games for when we stayed home. My entire family enjoyed their stay and are looking forward to returning.

A great family get away

Beautiful home, accommodated our family and grandchildren with plenty of space. Generous outdoor sitting with 2 outdoor fire pits, yard games & a vast array of water devices to enjoy at they lake just a short distance. We definitely enjoyed the amazing hot tub to relaxed after a full day of activity. A fully stocked kitchen, along with every appliance one would ever think of using! We absolutely loved the open floor plan especially while fixing meals & talking with everyone.The Hosts were very attentive & responded quickly with any question we had. Although we were given info on how to operate the living room t.v. We struggled a little bit primarily because our limited skills in accessing streaming programs but there was very little time for t.v. watching due to family activities. Our adult children & grandkids LOVED the water toys. They went to beach daily! Neighbohood was lovely with very watchful neighbors. Everyone slept well with very comfortable beds. The master bedroom & bath felt like a mini spa for me! I would recommend this property due to location & accommodations. It truly was a wonderful experience!
