With generous living areas, an enormous 13m x 5m timber entertaining deck and a large fully enclosed backyard, Summer Cottage is well suited to families and groups looking for space to relax, entertain and enjoy the coastal lifestyle.

The Home

The open-plan living and dining areas provide a comfortable place to come together, opening directly onto the impressive 13m x 5m timber deck.

Approximately half of the deck is covered, providing a versatile outdoor space for dining, entertaining or relaxing in the shade. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ make it easy to enjoy meals and time together outside.

Inside, the home offers four comfortable bedrooms, with bedding comprising a king bed, queen bed, double bed and a bunk bed configuration.

There are two bathrooms, both with showers and toilets. The main bathroom also includes a bath, while the second bathroom incorporates laundry facilities.

Outdoor Living

The large private backyard is one of Summer Cottage's standout features, with plenty of lawn and established gardens creating space for everyone to spread out and enjoy the outdoors.

The fully enclosed yard is complemented by an outdoor shower, making it particularly convenient for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Two Beaches Nearby

Summer Cottage is ideally positioned for enjoying two of Hawks Nest's beautiful beaches.

The main surf beach is just a few minutes' walk away, offering an easy option for swimming, surfing and beach walks. Jimmy's Beach is also nearby, providing calmer waters and another great choice for relaxed family beach days.

When you're ready to explore further, Hawks Nest and neighbouring Tea Gardens provide access to the Myall waterways, local shops and restaurants, walking trails, fishing, boating and the area's abundant natural beauty.

Parking & Practical Features

Vehicles can be parked on the paved area in front of the garage, with street parking also available.

The garage is used for storage only and is not available for guest parking or guest use.

Additional features include Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, outdoor furniture, BBQ facilities and an outdoor shower.
