River Views - Pet Friendly

Only a few minutes walk to Jimmy's Beach, with shops, restaurants and Golf Club just a short drive away.

There are four bedrooms upstairs. Two queen bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. Downstairs there is one queen bedroom and one twin bedroom. The living areas are spacious and bright and sunny, and the sun deck at the front of this lovely home is just perfect for relaxing and watching the world go by. The new modern kitchen has all the facilities necessary for a family holiday. There is a great 'breakfast' sunroom with views of the river, and a large separate dining room for family get-togethers or entertaining.

The large upstairs living area is furnished with two double sofas, large smart TV and DVD player and features polished floorboards. The downstairs is accessed by a wooden spiral staircase and the queen room has a sofa and second TV.

The huge front deck, with large family size BBQ, is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy views of the beautiful Myall River.

There are two spacious new bathrooms upstairs, one with a bath, and a new bathroom downstairs. The backyard is fully fenced for toddlers or your family pet. A paved area outside is available to relax and enjoy the friendly birdlife.

Downstairs there is a laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Free Wi-Fi is provided.

Very happy with the overall place. Just one thing to best in mind is even though the place is listed as pet friendly, it was only one were arrived and read the fine print at the venue that we realised that the pet needs to stay outdoors which was a bit misleading. Luckily we didn't get our pet to accompany us. Other than that everything was great

The house was bigger than what the picture shows.

Very surprised with the size of the house. It accommodated 3 families comfortably. There was enough space to park the cars and the boat. Location is great. Easy access to the beach, river and boat ramp. You can see beautiful sunset from the deck. Would suggest a mushroom heater or any outdoor heater as it was very cold at night.

The Serenity

Beautiful location with the river in front, the bay behind and the surf beach within walking distance. Our 1 year old puppy had the time of her life. So many different experiences for her to enjoy.
