As of September 2024 there will be a secondary dwelling being built on this block. There will be no garage or driveway access and there may be some disruption due to construction noises. All construction works must be carried out at the legal times according to the NSW legislation.

Gaze at the pristine waters of the Myall River, leading to the bay of Port Stephens and Tea Gardens. Relax and watch the dolphins frolic. One of the many pleasures you will derive from holidaying in this beautiful home.

This property offers a large living and dining area opening out to the entertaining sized balcony complete with BBQ. This property sleeps up to 10 guests.

Offering 5 generous size bedrooms, main with own kitchenette, WIR & ensuite, 3 bathrooms, separate TV room, large gourmet style open plan kitchen, polished floorboards and a 2 car garage. Note: Air-conditioning unit upstairs.

Catch a fish, spend the day at Bennett’s or , Jimmy’s beach, indulge in Tea Garden’s/Hawks Nest’s variety of eateries and shops, or just put your feet up and relax.

I wanted to share some honest feedback about the condition of the property upon arrival. It's really disappointing to walk into a rental that clearly hasn’t been properly cleaned. Every drawer needed to be cleaned before use, and many items—cutlery, pots, pans—still had visible food residue on them.It's hard to believe the property was rented out in this state without prior knowledge of its condition. While some wear and tear is to be expected, the level of cleanliness was far below what any renter should have to accept.Basic areas like the fridge handle, floors, carpets, fans, and even doors were dirty. There were also marks on the walls and, quite shockingly, pubic hairs on the back of the toilet system.Renters reasonably expect a clean and sanitary space, and unfortunately, this fell well short of that standard. I hope this feedback is taken seriously for future bookings.Best regards,
