Great quiet stay. Ideal for golfing trip

Nicexwell appointed property. Some miss communication re bedfing with older men staying and linen for 2 doubles and a single made up but hemesh offered to fix. No problems tho

An OK stay

It was unfortunate that the Stayz AI features of booking, didn't alert the property managers that we were staying. As we were having issues with getting the spa heated, we called the number on our Stayz confirmation and that was the first they learned of us being there. The majority of the property was set up, however the floors were dirty and it would seem that the fans haven't been cleaned in some months. The property manager was very apologetic and they did provide us with a $50 voucher to have breakfast at a nice local cafe in Tea Gardens. Thank you! Despite this hiccup, the townhouse is fine as somewhere to sleep for an active family. It could do with a lamp or two in the living room as direct overhead lighting isn't pleasant when watching tv. Also, additional bedside lamps in the bedrooms wouldn't go astray. We thought it was strange that they provided several bicycles, however, there was only one adult bike, and the rest were children's bikes - not helpful for a couple. It was good value for money but we would not stay there again.
