Providence Bay Park, located within a 2-minute walk, the perfect place for the family picnic, the kids can enjoy the playground equipment while mum and dad relax in the landscaped gardens, enjoying gentle sea breezes.
Set on two levels, downstairs features a dining, lounge and kitchen combined, a comfortable cosy space opening out onto a timber deck the ideal spot for an afternoon BBQ.
The upstairs area has two sun filled bedrooms both with air conditioning, built ins and both bedrooms access to the small balcony. Bedroom one is complete with a queen bed, while bedroom 2 has a trio bunk (double on the bottom and single on the top) and a second television. There is an internal laundry and bathroom. A covered carport is located in the rear parking area.
This property is equipped with Wi-fi and a Smart TV, with Fetch TV compatibility

The townhouse is very clean, plenty of space, and kitchen got everything. It has BBQ and outdoor pergola. We enjoyed really well and recommend any family with upto 3 kids.
