1166 on Booner is a stylish 2-bedroom apartment in Hawks Nest with a private roof garden, pool access, and proximity to the beach and local amenities. The stay includes basic linen, Wi-Fi, and dog-friendly options with prior approval. Check-in at 3pm, check-out at 10am. Conveniently located near the Visitors Information Centre, Singing Bridge, and various recreational opportunities in Tea Gardens.
The Stay
Our price includes basic linen and towels, private use of the entire house and wi-fi access.
Your dog is welcome to stay, with strictly prior approval, but we recommend bringing a favourite bowl and bed to make them feel at home. You need to be aware that access to the roof is via a spiral metal staircase, so many dogs need to be carried upstairs. Dogs must be on a lead at all times on the common property stairs, carpark and gardens. Other pets are not permitted.
Check-in is from 3pm and check out is by 10am sharp.
The Locality
The house is located towards the Southern end of Myall Street, close to the Visitors Information Centre and Boatshed restaurant. It's an easy stroll over the Singing Bridge to Hawks Nest for access to the famous beaches, golf course and headland walks. Stay in Tea Gardens for riverside walks and activities, fishing and bay adventures or the local ferry service to Nelson Bay - all within walking distance of the house.

1166 is a perfect holiday property. Great location, so close to the beach and the town. Beds are so comfortable. Love the rooftop balcony, perfect for evening relaxation. Very quiet area. There are no negatives about this property! We will definitely be back again!
