The home main floor opens up to an expansive well equipped kitchen, dining room and bar seating. A large comfortable living room with two leather couches, settee fireplace, and furnished Balcony. The Main floor also has a large master bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs the stylish Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom and living area. Upstairs is a 3rd large bedroom, luxury bathroom and large living area. the lower level has an additional living area and bedroom with en suite bathroom. Internet: We have you covered with Starlink! Guests have access to the entire River Rock Lake House the Lake Deck and Yard. Cottage can be included for an additional fee. Self Check in with door code will be provided 24 hours prior to check in. Lake Front Homes with County Road that circles lake. Marina has an Italian Restaurant. Lake Hawkins State Park has RV camping and a beech open to public. Wonderful home on the lake. Beautiful views from the front porch. The home is stocked with everything you need for a nice and comfortable stay at the lake. We would love to book the home again one weekend.

We are Vrbo regulars. And I can tell you actually if this property is by far superior to any we have rented over the last several years. I cannot even begin to speak about the quality that the owners insured from an experiential standpoint. Or the beauty of the property and access to the lake if there were such thing as 10 stars, I would give this property that rating.

What a great House! We had all of our family in for Labor Day weekend so we put some of them with us, had another family in a VRBO at Holly Lake Ranch and then we had 10 of our family plus one dog Kiley, stay at this wonderful home! There were three levels and on each level was a bedroom, bathroom and a living area! The kitchen is a great size and there were very thoughtful extras throughout the house! Everything was amazing and I had my son there who owns a couple of short term rentals in Austin, so he’s really keen on short term rentals and Shawn gave it 2 thumbs up! We have a daughter who is very particular and she gave it two thumbs up! The house made our time together with our kids and grandkids so much more enjoyable! We have this house at the top of our list for when the kids and grandkids come! Linda was great at working with us and keeping us informed along the way! Thank you Linda for being a superstar and helping us to make great memories with our family!!!
