Thank you to all the staff we met on our visit. The reception staff last night were cheerful and friendly. It really makes all the difference when you’re tired and weary. They were helpful in guiding us to our room which was spacious, clean and tranquil. Delicious buffet breakfast always starts the weekend off right and checkout was simple. Fab stay and will definitely be back!

It's a fairly standard hotel, mostly populated by contractors, lorry drivers and people visiting the industrial estate it sits on. It has minimal facilities, no gym, no irons in rooms, no air con. Rooms on the upper floors are provided with a small fan. All rooms have small panel heaters. The morning breakfast is limited but the usual cooked breakfast options you'd expect, as well as a small selection of cereal, fruit and yoghurts.

The only thing I would like to mention was the fact it was difficult to find a staff member in the morning to report an incident too At 5.50am I had someone trying to gain access to my room and when I challenged him he tried to make out he was at the wrong door, When he left he did not go in the direction of where he said his room was instead went back toward the stairs. The point of this is, I would like to see a contact number clearly displayed in the rooms to enable guests to contact someone, Should I have been female this could have been very disturbing.
