Stunning family home in sunny Havelock North

Architecturally designed family home. Private, elevated site with expansive grounds, outdoor pool and BBQ/entertaining area. A great location for families wanting to explore Hawke's Bay including the network of cycle trails, vineyards and glorious coastline.

Recent renovations have added brand new living area, bathroom and bedroom. Unlimited fibre wifi connection available to all guests. One King bed in master bedroom and 3 single beds in kids rooms. New living area can be used as an additional bedroom if necessary.

A handy 20 minute walk or 3 minute drive to Havelock North village. Short 20 minute drive to Napier - New Zealand's Art Deco capital.

This is a functioning family home so expect a comfortable fully equipped home nestled in the heart of Hawke's Bay. The property is as it appears in the photos - a tidy, private home away from home.

The house comes with two low maintenance cats (Mango and Kibbeh). The cats only eat solid food so simply require a bowl of biscuits in the morning and again at night. We hope that families find them great company and that they help to enhance the stay.

Per night fee is for 4 guests. Additional guest charge of $50 per night applies to each additonal guest with a maximum of 6 guests at any time.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Peaceful oasis

Great Family Retreat

Amazing property set in gorgeous secluded garden with stunning views yet still close to town. As a family of 5 including 3 teenagers it was the perfect place to enjoy Christmas in what felt like our home away from home. Table tennis & pool were a hit and having left our own beloved dog at home we enjoyed having the welcoming company of the family cats. Joel was a fantastic host and we would definitely return.

A great stay in a quirky house

A place best enjoyed in the amazing Hawkes Bay sun. Sadly we got very little of that in our week long stay but found our stay comfortable and relaxing nonetheless.

Lovely relaxing stay in family house in Havelock North

Great relaxing family holiday. Children loved the table tennis and pool. Beautiful views from house and garden. Plenty of space for our family of 6. Would love to come back.

In the village but feels like being in the country

15 minute walk to the village. Stunning gardens to enjoy. We had 4 teenagers who just loved lying in the sun reading and swimming in the pool. Close to Havelock for shopping and cafes etc. Games room was great, kids had their own wing of the house to enjoy. Best part was, noone watched TV for the entire stay. Thanks for sharing your home with us.
