The two nights at Village Motel were quite superb. I have to say that these lodgings were one of the best, or the best, I have been in for a long time including Tahiti, and USA. There was just nothing to complain about. The furnishings were well done and there was plenty of room. I do like a set of drawers though! What was really impressive was the huge spa bath and also the open floor-shower setup which made the bathroom a lot more roomy and pleasant. For the first time I can remember, the bathroom counter was set up with an even amount of room on both ends for my husband's bits and pieces and then mine too! That was a major plus for me to be able to spread out like that. The hob in the kitchenette was a wonderful additive, although we didn't need it this time. It was really well equipped. I smile when I think how pleasant it all was and being from a hotel background, I can often find negative things but not this time.
