Bring your large family together in this spacious classic house and enjoy the fenced section with a trampoline and cubby house for the kids.
There are three double bedrooms and plenty of solid bunk beds, which we can configure to meet your needs.
Two fridges and a double oven ensure you can cater for your whole crew with ease.
Enjoy a lovely rural outlook toward Te Mata Peak and a quick nip to the local Four Square or into the village for luxury shopping. The reserve and Meissner playground are only a block away, and the Honey Factory is a must-visit just over the fence.
There are three to four off-street parking spaces available, with more on the street. A 16-amp EV charging point is available on request.
Floor-mounted heat pumps in the kitchen/dining area and all bedrooms keep you cosy in winter or cool in summer. There are plenty of spots around the section to suit the weather, so you can always find a sunny, sheltered spot to enjoy this stunning location.
It's only a 15-minute drive to the beach or Te Mata Peak, and there are plenty of cycle trails nearby.
