The property was well maintained and calm, we had a good stay there! The restaurant service can be improved for the breakfast to include more variety, and service can be more efficient! The activities Center is well managed and Aditya and team did a great job to explain all activities in detail and also recommend nice ones for us!

Outstanding hospitality by every member we interacted with, right from the reception to the wonderful people who served us, the marine biologist, the chef and the singer at the cafe. Very appreciative of the prompt response and kindness that we experienced.

Outstanding hotel! The property is beautiful, clean and quiet. Our room was spacious, comfortable, with balcony facing beautiful garden. The hotel is located on amazing seashore. The level of service reaches perfection. I would like to mention Prateek and his excellent team at the international cafe, and during breakfast. The approach, the service experience, food & drinks are superb! I wish we could stay longer. Highly recommended hotel for perfect vacation.

Very clean and nice hotel. Be aware that if you choose the cheapest option you might end up in some apartments with a door facing the road, and as Indians tend to use their car horns for everything, getting woken up in the middle of the night might not be unheard of. The amenities and facilities were great, and the food was some of the best we had during our 3 weeks holiday in India. Massage was so-so, but that's coming from someone who prefers sport or thai massages.

Havelock stay, started low but ended high

We had booked in another property at Havelock Island and were extremely dissapointed. We managed to get a chalet at Sea Shell Havelock last room available. As soon as we arrived at the property extremely welcoming staff especially front office manager Ms. Khushboo. She ensured our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Property is well maintained and clean. Would like to specially thank Ms. Khushboo for accomodating a late check out request. We tasted wonderful food at both restaurants Bonova and White Lotus. The staff are extremely kind and pleasant. Also would like to thank Mr. Anuj for a pleasant stay. Thank you to the entire staff at Sea Shell Havelock. You are all doing a great job.

AVIID IF POSSIBLE - 5 Star cost for 1 Star service

I would advise to avoid this hotel . This hotel charges 5 Star money, for a 4 Star Hotel but offer a 1 STAR SERVICE ! We had lots of problems with our room which took ages to sort and the staff were very unhelpful . Spa offers services for 60 and 90 mins but when we used they didn’t give the full time promised and finished 15mins early and then said sorry we are closing ?? I could go on with the amount of issues we incurred but it would be a long list . Good luck if you choose to stay here !!! Management also very unhelpful
