We had a great stay! The place was beautifully decorated with such a cute and cozy vibe—perfect for two people. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made it really easy to cook and feel at home. Just an elevator ride down to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the views! We enjoyed the beach, saw a sea turtle and went boogie boarding. We drove to Waimea Falls. Beautiful as always.

I was really disappointed in the property and the communication from the owner. First of all, I sent the owner a message asking if we would be able to add one more night to our reservation. It took him 6 WEEKS to get back to me!! Upon arrival, communication was poor in how to find the key. The keys fabs were not the color that is listed. There was only one parking pass when told there would be two. The unit itself is dirty and had an odor. There was dust everywhere, no soap in the bathroom, broken chair on the deck, old beat up beach chairs. The cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom were loaded with partially used items. It felt as if I was using other people's 3/4 used products. There was a bar of soap in the shower!! The AC was off when we got there and it took hours to get the place to a somewhat comfortable temperature. The bedroom was very warm and I had to have 3 fans going to keep cool. The AC unit itself is a portable unit that is undersized for the condo. No ice trays in the freezer. There is an ice maker that we attempted to use but it took hours to make a handful of ice. The kitchen was very nice and so was the family room. Nice washer and dryer. Overall the complex was old and outdated. Very dirty. Not in a great area of town. It was beach front and the beach area was very nice.

Do Your Research on this Unit!

The Cons:- Communication from host was poor- Lockbox difficult to find due to poor instructions-Unit is not air conditioned as listed. Instead, Air Conditioning is a small unit that only services the small living room/kitchen area. It does not cool the bedroom or bathroom at all. Due to this, we had to sleep on the uncomfortable couch (I've included a picture of the advertised air conditioning). It is not moveable. - It is not very clean. I will include pictures of the inside of the trash can as an example - There were additional sheets but no other linens to make the couches usable as beds.-Shower drain will not stay open to drain water when in use-Listing states there is a smoke detector however, it nis missing with just the wires (in picture)The Pros:- Very adequately stocked kitchen- Very adequately stocked with beach equipment- The beach is literally steps away
