Floor with less than 1,80 m attic parts: 1 bedroom (1 bed 2 people, 1 bed 1 person), a loft bedroom with a balcony (1 bed 2 people). Total floor area: 66 m² parties attic included. Linen included. Large balcony-terrace. Private garage at 100 m. Trade on the spot during the tourist season. 4 housing adjoining cottage located on the top of the station, very close to the ski slopes (possibility of arrival and departure to ski from the cottage). Quiet residential area on a slope facing South. Very good comfort. Nice mountain stamp with good volume of the living room. Very bright. Large balcony-terrace sheltered semi. Superb panoramic views of the resort and the Beaufortain massif.
