Beautiful traditional farmhouse from 1742 renovated on the slopes. South facing hillside. Splendid preserved natural setting of meadows and forests on the edge of a small mountain river. Quiet area. Furnished terrace. Large natural and flowery outdoor space. Beautiful unobstructed view of the valley and the massif. Gite on the Hauteluce 1650/Val Joy ski slopes linking Les Contamines-Montjoie and 15km from Les Saisies, famous Nordic Olympic area (120km of cross-country trails). In summer, ideally located near the Col du Joly road, border between Savoie and Haute-Savoie. On the mountainside, privileged location for hiking with trails in front of the cottage. Magnificent hikes to high altitude lakes, between mountain pastures and typical habitat. Many activities and leisure activities in all the villages: les Saisies, Arêches, Beaufort. Marked trails for mountain biking. For cyclists, famous Cormet de Roselend between Beaufortain and Tarentaise. Authentic and preserved massif classified as a Country of Art and History.
