Beautiful cottage recently renovated to a very high standard and peacefully located in the countryside with a two minute walk to the tiny village of Maumont. Mirabelle is a 5 minute drive from activities and amenities for all the family - Chateaux, caves, rivers and lakes. The property is situated in hillside in 2 acres of mature gardens. Mirabelle has gardens with both sunny and shaded areas and a decked patio with BBQ, sun loungers dining table and chairs. All Views look down over the valley and onto the rolling hills of the Dordogne countryside. The property consists lounge, dining room, kitchen and two bedrooms each with their own en-suite and toilet. The Kitchen is well equipped and adjoins a separate dining room. The lounge provides an area of relaxation for watching a film or just an afternoon snooze. The cottage comes with its own washing machine and outside drying area. Bed linen and towels are provided. The cottage features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.
