Located on the slopes of the right bank of the Cher Valley, this old farmhouse, built of local pink stone, has been fully restored.
Ground floor: Kitchen with dining area, living room, wood-burning stove, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom (bathtub and shower), separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (2 double beds), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room (shower/toilet). Electric heating. Laundry room (washing machine, dryer, 3-drawer freezer).
Large, semi-enclosed green space (2 hectares) with a garden, lawn, courtyard, and 2 sheltered terraces, barbecue. Children's swing set. Mini farm (1 donkey, pygmy goats, 1 Vietnamese pig, Ouessant and Cameroon sheep, chickens, geese, ducks, etc.). All shops are located in Vallon-en-Sully and its SNCF train station (5 km), Cosne-d'Allier (15 km), and the Cher River, Berry Canal and its greenway (4 km).
Gîte Bonus: Wood - sheets provided and beds made upon arrival.

Heating and electricity are the guest's responsibility and must be paid at the end of the stay.
