Nestled on seven acres of prime mountain property you'll discover Fish Hatchery Ranch! When you aren't sitting back and gazing out at breathtaking views of Long Valley and the pink Paunsagaunt Cliffs, head for one of the property's hiking trails, or Mammoth Creek where the fishing is excellent. Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon are just a quick drive away, as well as numerous lakes including; Panguitch Lake, Aspen Mirror Lake, and Navajo Lake.

After a day full of adventure, head back inside your retreat where you'll find a spacious living room adorned with soft seating, and a large TV. When you aren't streaming your favorite TV shows and movies, head outside to enjoy the firepit and watch for the local wildlife. When ready for a little family competition, play a friendly game of ping-pong in the garage or badminton/volleyball in the backyard.

The full kitchen provides a pleasant place to play chef amongst the ample meal prep space, updated appliances, and breakfast bar. When you aren't dining at the breakfast bar, gather around the formal dining table. Enjoy some outdoor cooking on the deck with the BBQ grill and awesome views.

The primary bedroom will become your own little hideaway with its rustic wood finishes, tasteful decorations, and en suite bathroom. Practice self-care when you sink into the warmth of the soaking tub. The additional bedrooms are just as comfortable with their soft linens and central air-conditioning. For your complete convenience, be sure to utilize the separate washer/dryer when your clothes need to be refreshed.

This adventure-filled Southern Utah stay has all of the components of a wonderful vacation - all there's left to do is book!

Extended Weekend Getaway

Great home with plenty of room to spread out and a nice deck with amazing views. This property was in a fantastic location 20 minutes from Bryce Canyon and about 50 min from the east entrance to Zion. Plenty of solitude as the property is maybe 1-2 miles off Hwy 89 in a very quiet area with deer visiting the property nightly. My favorite spot was sitting at the picture window looking out at what I believe is called the Sunset Cliffs (see attached picture). Nice little coffee shop in Hatch with very good breakfast burritos.Only issue - and not a fault of the property, was finding the house the first night. Our GPS took us up the road several miles beyond the house - so be careful trusting GPS. Due to the secluded area, I would not advise arriving after dark... like we almost did. Owner was available by phone and easily assisted us getting to our destination.

Great place!

We booked this to be able to go to Bryce Canyon and Zion in one trip. Really close to Bryce Canyon, and the drive to Zion was a bit longer but not a problem for us. The property is very well cared for, was clean and QUIET. It was terrific. Great views, great time, great trip. Would definitely stay here again!!

Well positioned, well appointed

We chose this property for its proximity to the national parks we wanted to visit, and it was perfect for our needs. It was beautifully decorated and appointed well, though we couldn't find consumables like wraps, bags, and foils for cooking in. The hosts provided detailed directions for using the property, and VRBO sent us contradictory info for checkout. It was fun to see the muledeer and turkeys that visited each evening.

Perfect wilderness spacious house conveniently located

This house was wonderful. It’s huge and has everything you need. The view was stunning, the sunrise and sunset were amazing every day, and the hummingbirds made us smile. The location is super convenient to Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks. It was beautiful and cozy, and we were sad to leave.

Fish Hatchery Ranch House

We enjoyed our 4 night stay. The house was clean and bright. The location of the house was quiet and we enjoyed the dark sky at night, we could see the stars. The location was only 25 minutes to Bryce Canyon NP. We did many hikes.

Loved this home!

Where do I start? We absolutely loved this house. It was comfortable, homey, great location and well equipped. The sunrise each morning was beautiful, and the evening visitors of the deer was stunning. Would rent this again if ever in the area.
