The location is indeed perfect! A 15-minute-walk down to the town on one side, the nature reserve on the other, nature at your doorstep, a beautiful view down to the sea from your terrace. We spent a wonderful week! The apartment has everything you need and is really cozy. Joan is a perfect host.

A very good position near the Country park, overlooking the sea with a lovely walk into Hastings. Warm rooms for an autumn stay and lots of hot water., Easy access to the Fairlight country park, two cafes and cliff walks adjacent. It was very comfortable & cosy..

Hastings mid-week break

The apartments are in a wonderful position, overlooking the sea. Our apartement was clean, with all mod cons, though a little cold when we first arrived and we had to ask to have the heating put on. Joan was very helpful. The site is roomy with plenty of parking and Hastings is an interesting town. Check in was a bit hit and miss, and check out instructions non existent!

Great stay

Lovely property and very clean. Beautiful view from the patio. We spent a week starting 11/09/23 here great walk into the old town from the apartment. Perfect base for exploring the coast in that area Weather was great which always helps

Fantastic property with great sea views from a beautiful location surrounded by wildlife. Lovely and quiet, spacious, modern and clean. Joan was a brilliant host and was very helpful informing us about the apartment and local the area. Could not recommend enough, thankyou!

Brief stay at Rocklands Holiday Park

Lovely property

My parents and I had a lovely stay here, the apartment was a nice size and the view over the sea was absolutely stunning. It’s nearby to Hastings as well as other lovely old towns such as Rye and Battle.
