Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Awful

The cleanliness of the accommodation was below appalling; the entire holiday home smelled of animals, there was dirty laundry (socks) shoved down the side of sofa, the bedding was dirty.... the place was in such a terrible state no one in the family felt comfortable enough to eat from the dishes/cutlery provided - we ate from trays and plastic forks that we had to source. Such a shame the campsite itself looked idyllic, were the holiday home itself was a complete shambles.
