This charming ground-floor apartment offers a relaxing retreat in the heart of Güntersberge, ideal for families and pet owners. Prettige vakantiewoning in groene Harz-omgeving met uitzicht op meertje

Wij hebben met plezier in deze vrijstaande vakantiewoning op een berghelling in een groene en rustige omgeving verbleven. Uitzicht op het meertje van Güntersberge en op de spoorlijn langs het water waar een paar keer per dag een (stoom)trein voorbij komt. Goede centrale uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan de Harz. De woning heeft geen WiFi helaas. Verder alle voorzieningen en geschikt voor 2 volwassenen met 1 of 2 kinderen.

Een knus en compleet huis!

Het was een fijn huis met een goede inrichting. Niet gehorig, bedden sliepen heerlijk, ideale keuken aan de woonkamer. Je kunt alle kanten op maar je rijdt al snel 45 minuten als je ergens heen wil. Prima omgeving om te joggen :)

Sehr schade um den Urlaub.

Da ich schwanger bin, sollte dies der letzte schöne und ruhige Urlaub zu zweit werden. Ruhig war er, aber nicht gerade mega schön. Die Umgebung Harz ist toll. Vor allem im Herbst durch die ganzen Farben. Die Lage und Umgebung schön. Sehr ruhig und angenehm. Aber die Unterkunft war für uns eine absolute Enttäuschung!! Wir waren geschockt ehrlich gesagt, wie viel man auf Bildern tricksten kann. Der schöne „Kamin“ der auf den Bildern abgebildet ist, den gibt es nicht mehr. Dafür steht jetzt ein Pelletofen. Finden wir nicht okay denn wir haben uns auf romantisches Kaminfeuer gefreut. Die Beschreibung des Objekts sollte entsprechend geändert werden! Der Esstisch steht im Flur! Was er da zu suchen hat!? Keine Ahnung. Wir saßen dort nie weil wir nicht zum Essen in den kalten Flur gehen wollten. Die Sauberkeit ... unter aller Kanone. Zahnpasta und Bonbons vom Vorgänger waren da das geringste Problem. Was passiert denn mit dem Geld für die Endreinigung? Die Couch ... wirklich widerlich. Dreckig und abgenutzt in höchster Stufe. Der Stoff hat schon Fusseln und an dem weißen Leder kann man div. Dreck finden. z.B. Kaffee der da runtergelaufen ist. Der Schwingstuhl in der Ecke lebt schon. Keimig, dreckig, eklig. Aber das schlimmste waren wirklich die Matratzen. Um 6 Uhr war jeden Tag meine Nacht vorbei. Von meinem Mann um halb 8. Länger hielten wir es dort nicht aus. Was im Urlaub echt mies ist. Gefühlt haben worauf dem Rost geschlafen. Die waren so sehr durchgelegen so etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Es war eine richtige Kuhle in der man lag. Ich konnte mich kaum drehen geschweige denn aufstehen. Die Rückenschmerzen zogen sich natürlich durch den ganzen Urlaub, weshalb ich die Woche viel Schmerzen und Einschränkungen hatte, was nicht erholsam war. Und den Matratzen sieht und fühlt man es auch an, also das hat nichts mit Empfindlichkeit zu tun. Wirklich eine Frechheit. Wir fanden es sehr schade unseren letzten Urlaub so verbringen zu müssen.

Gutes erwartet , das Beste bekommen.

Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Der Ort ist ein Ort an dem man sich erholen und entschleunigen kann. Ein schön angelegtes und gepflegten Grundstück und Haus. Sehr gepflegt und hübsch modern eingerichtet. Hätten wir Hilfe gebraucht, ( war nicht der Fall ) hätten wir sie umgehend bekommen. Ich kenne den Harz im Westen schon . Hier haben viele Opjekte in den 70gern aufgehört sich anzupassen oder zu modernisieren. Das ist hier nicht der Fall. Wir werden in jedem Fall wiederkommen.

Gemütlich und entspannt

Ruhige Lage mit schöner Aussicht, teils mit dichter Hecke, teils Zaun rundum eingefriedet, daher gut geeignet für Urlaub mit Hund. Sehr entspannte und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Von Güntersberge sind alle Harzwanderwege gut erreichbar. Güntersberge liegt im angenehm ruhigeren Teil des Harz! Für Natursuchende sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr schön

Haus bietet genügend Platz, sehr komfortabel und gemütlich. Ofen leicht bedienbar, aber Vorsicht bei gleichzeitiger Benutzung der Dunschabzugshaube. Esstisch schon etwas mitgenommen und der Garten leider nicht hundesicher eingezäunt. Unsere Hunde haben ganze 5 min gebraucht um die Schwachstellen zu finden... Sonst haben wir uns dort rund um wohl gefühlt. Auch Umgebung bietet viele Wandermöglichkeiten in fußnähe... Top, ich würde wieder kommen.

Schönes Domizil für Zwei- und Vierbeiner

Die Vermieter sind nett und hilfsbereit. Der Bungalow ist von den Räumen her (abgesehen von dem Minibad) ideal für Familien. In den Schränken gibt's extrem viel Stauraum. Die Einrichtung der Küche ist super. Die Fenster sind mit Mückenschutz ausgestattet. Für die Hunde gibt es einen tollen Garten zum Toben. Ebenfalls lobenswert war der separate Hundekotbehälter. Auf der Terrasse findet man alles, was man zum Ausspannen braucht. Unschön waren die vielen losen Fliesen vor der Eingangstür, zum einen klappern sie extrem, zum anderen stellen sie eine Unfallgefahr dar.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, gemütlich, modern möbliert. Tolle Aussicht auf den See und die Selketalbahn. Schöne Umgebung, gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, z.B. viel Wald mit gut beschriebenen Wanderwegen, wunderschöne Städte (Stolberg, Wernigerode...), Brocken, Hexentanzplatz und Seilbahn Thale... Sehr nette, symphatische Vermieter !!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus wurde sehr liebevoll und mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Vielen Dank nochmal für diese wunderschöne kleine Auszeit.
