This new new home was just built a few years ago and is perfect for a luxury vacation on Cape Cod. You can see the ocean and life guard stand from the house- that is how close to the water you will be. Walk the beach at sunrise or sunset, take a leisurely stroll to the center walking past Allen's Harbor, or sit on the sandy beach.

The house has air conditioning, a gas fireplace, almost every amenity needed for a great vacation. There is plenty of room to dine outside and play hackysack while the inside has plenty of space- including a living room, den-and enclosed porch- giving you plenty of space.

Location, location, location! This is a private street with trees on one side and you can only access the water by walking. The house is literally steps from the beach (less than .01 miles) and you can see the water from the living room and master bedroom.
But within a mile, you have Harwichport Center with great restaurants and shops. Within a mile are bumper boats, mini golf, go carts, batting cages, the Rail Trail and more to keep the children entertained. Within miles are top rated golf courses, movie theaters, hiking trails, the Rail Trail and more.
Harwichport is central to everything on the Cape. Shop in Chatham (15 minutes) or spend a day in Provincetown (50 minutes). Maybe head to Hyannis (30 minutes) or just explore the beaches on the north and south side of the Cape. Take a day trip to Nantucket (the ferry is about 2 miles from the house). Most often, guests just want to hang at this beautiful house , relax and walk to the beach.
The house has games, beach chairs, beach towels, linens, towels, and more. Every guest in the past has given it a five star rating, and I think you just might love it too!
