Great family house

This house was in a great location for my family..close to beaches, shops and restaurants. It was very clean and well stocked with kitchen necessities. We loved the enclosed porch but hit a very hot week so the AC was wonderful in the house Having 4 bedrooms and three baths was also great! Thanks

The house was very dirty. The kitchen is ill prepared no pots and pans that match lids. Very little cook cooking equipment. The refrigerator was leaking. The dishwasher did not roll on rollers. The rugs in the kitchen are filthy. The toaster did not work properly. The back sliding door does not lock the inside door of the small bathroom downstairs was utterly filthy. The outdoors gardens have not been kept up. I would call it a dump.

We enjoyed our stay here this week. House is a 7-10 min walk to Brooks St beach, close to shops and dining in Harwich. A/C was great this week. Very clean and well organized home. Kitchen could use more supplies for cooking and serving; beds are advertised as Queens but are fulls. Comfortable beds. Sleeps 8. There is a chair in master apparently that is considered a 9th sleeping spot, maybe for a small child? There was not a fire pit and grill didn’t work very well; very slow cooking on it. Overall we enjoyed our stay, esp for its location.
