Welcome to We Shall Sea! Located on a quiet cul de sac overlooking conservation land, this home provides peaceful scenery and a private gathering space for your family vacation. Spend your time together in the central AC, playing golf on a nearby course, building sandcastles on Bank Street beach or with a walk to the many restaurants and stores of downtown Harwich Port. The best that Cape Cod has to offer is all outside your door!

Owners Share Why I Love My Home:
I love to wake up early and sneak out to the Adirondack chairs for my morning coffee. As I absorb the morning sunshine, I can see Red Tail Hawks flying overhead, Herons en route to the neighboring Cold Brook Preserve and Cardinals, Orioles and Blue Jays visiting the birdfeeder. I hope you enjoy my home as much as I do! Welcome!

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Greeted by the bright blue exterior reminiscent of a bouquet of Cape Cod hydrangeas, this home invites you in at first sight! The entry is open to the living room on the right while a staircase to the second level is in front of you and Bedroom #4 is to your left. This bedroom is a multipurpose space, offering a desk for remote work as well as a Twin daybed with trundle and oversized dresser for storage. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV and charming Cape coastal decor. Beyond the living room is the large, open kitchen, appointed with everything you will need to keep everyone satiated. Across the kitchen island is the dining area with seating for six overlooking the sunken sunroom with cathedral ceilings and skylights that keep this space warm and welcoming.

Down a hallway that begins near the dining space lies access to the garage as well as the back deck and yard which overlook the former cranberry bog that is now conservation land. Just inside the door leading outside is Bathroom #3 which is a half bathroom including a laundry area so you can enter the home after a long day at the beach, clean up and drop your towels and suits all in one convenient space.

The large deck is a great place for evening Bar-B-Ques and conversations over cocktails while the private yard allows for lawn games or whiffle ball. Past the yard, there is a path leading to a patio acting as a quiet space of reflection while overlooking the conservation land where coastal birds dart in and out of the summer foliage. Whether you are looking for a raucous game of corn hole or a peaceful place to enjoy a morning coffee, this home provides it all!

On the other side of the kitchen area is a short hallway leading to the Primary bedroom with en suite bathroom. Bedroom #1 offers a Queen sized bed, calming artwork depicting beach scenes and Bathroom #1 which is a full bathroom with shower.

At the top of the stairs on the upper level is Bathroom #2 , a full bathroom with tub/shower combination. To the left is Bedroom #2 that runs the length of the home and creates a common space for family or close friends to stay together, creating more memories though late night talks or stories told. There is one Queen sized bed and two Twins.

On the other side of the upper level is expansive Bedroom #3 , containing a Queen sized bed and two Twins - another welcoming space for a family to stay together and have a shared experience.

In the lower level of this home, there is a workout area with mat and free weights as well as a gaming table for challenging siblings to ping pong.

This large home, located within walking distance to downtown Harwich Port, allows your family the perfect place from which to explore Cape Cod as much or as little as they please. Each morning, when considering what to do with your day, instead of choosing one activity, you can instead choose to say We Shall Sea.
