Enjoy the beauty of old Cape Cod on this unique one of a kind Cape & a half on a quiet tree lined residential street. The house is well hidden with a beautiful large pine tree as well as many rhododendrons. Central Air is provided. Close to Cape Cod Rail Trail, several beaches 5-10 mintes drive or a 15-20 minute bike ride to many beaches both ocean, freshwater and pond. Enjoy cooking meals with your friends and family in a well equipped kitchen featuring new electric stove/double convection oven with an air fryer! Bosch dishwasher. All the pots and pans, silverware, coffee mugs etc… you need are provided.
Enjoy birdsong on the outdoor porch with table, chairs and barbecue grill. Perfect for a morning cup of your favorite beverage as well!
Enjoy shopping in quaint villages such as Chatham and Harwich center, Brookes Park, as well as a nearby vineyard and a lavender farm!

House was clean and convenient. the kitchen utensils need upgrading, the can opener was quite old and barely worked. I had to buy a pitcher to make lemonade. The beds were very comfortable. It's an older home but comfortable.

Great location, quiet retreat

The cottage was peaceful and well appointed. Fit our needs to attend a wedding and being close to the event locations. 2 bathrooms was a plus!

House was old with paint chipping inside and bathroom floors not very clean. Only 4 large towels with no kitchen towel (only a kitchen wash cloth). Aluminum pans burned food. Overall, it was nice just to have a house to stay in instead of a resort.
