Welcome to your Harwich retreat… an inviting Cape escape where coastal charm meets modern comfort. Set on a spacious lot just moments from Harwich Port, Dennis Port, Nantucket Sound beaches, and tons of shops and dining, this four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is designed for relaxation, recreation, and making the most of your time on Cape Cod.

The highlight is outside: a heated, in-ground pool that transforms the backyard into a private resort. Whether you’re floating under the sun, cooling off after a beach day, or enjoying twilight swims, the pool promises to be the centerpiece of your stay. Surrounding it, the landscaped yard offers plenty of space to unwind, gather, and enjoy the Cape’s gentle breezes.

Inside, nearly 2,800 square feet of living space combines bright natural light with thoughtful updates. The kitchen is undergoing a complete renovation, and a rendering included in the photos shows its sleek new design, perfect for preparing local seafood feasts. The main living areas provide plenty of room to relax and connect, and once furnished (photos will be updated as pieces arrive), the spaces will strike a perfect balance of style and comfort.

Upstairs, four bedrooms give everyone their own sense of space. The primary bedroom suites features a king bed and private bathroom. Two guest bedrooms each have a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds with four single beds. A nearby full bathroom services the guestrooms.

Beyond the main home, a detached garage features a finished second level that’s being transformed into a game room. A fun and versatile space for entertainment that’s all your own and will feature shuffleboard, foosball, ping pong, arcade games, TV and more.

From this central Harwich location, you’re close to Red River Beach, Bank Street Beach, and the scenic bike trail. The ferry to Nantucket, Cape League Baseball games, and local farm stands are just minutes away, making it easy to enjoy everything that makes Harwich a favorite Cape destination.

This property is in the final stages of being furnished and polished. The home has central AC on the second floor and 3 ductless AC units on the main floor. Whole home Wi-Fi and smart TVs throughout. All linens and towels are provided. No pets, please. Pool is fully private, heated and has salt water chlorination. Pool is open and heated from 5/20/26 to 10/9/26. Beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers are provided. Fun is mandatory!

All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $150-250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.
