Nestled right on the Chatham/Harwich line, this spacious home offers the best of both towns – from charming downtown Chatham to stunning beaches, all just a short drive away. Whether you're here to explore or simply relax, this home is the ideal retreat for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience.
**The Space**
This well-appointed home boasts generous living spaces spread across two floors. On the main floor, you'll find two large bedrooms, each featuring two comfortable Queen beds. Upstairs, the second floor offers three Full beds and a sleeper sofa, perfect for larger groups or families. Additionally, just a short walk from the main house, you'll find a cozy bunk house (available seasonally from May to September) that sleeps 3 with a twin-over-full bunk bed – perfect for the kids or extra guests.
For your comfort, the house is equipped with central air conditioning, and a window unit in the bunk house ensures everyone stays cool. We also provide fresh bedding, though we ask that you bring your own towels for the beach or outdoor shower.
**Outdoor Amenities**
After a day of beach fun or exploring downtown, unwind on the spacious deck, where you can sip a cocktail, read a book, or enjoy the warm Cape Cod evenings. A new solo bonfire pit adds a cozy touch for evening gatherings, and a Weber gas grill is ready for your outdoor cooking. For added convenience, we’ve also added a brand-new outdoor shower – the perfect way to rinse off after a day in the sun.

With the closest beach just 2.7 miles away and downtown Chatham only a 10-minute drive, you'll have easy access to all the area has to offer, from scenic shorelines to local shops and restaurants.

Great house in central location
We loved our stay here! The house was in the perfect location to get to beaches, downtown Chatham, and many restaurants. There was plenty of room for everyone, and Katie was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Great family vacation property
My cousins and I picked this property for our summer vacation with our families. It was very well stocked, clean, and had enough beds for everyone. The backyard was great for the kids to play and we really enjoyed the board games available. The house was close to several nice beaches. Our host was very communicative and responded to messages quickly. Totally recommend staying here!

Harwich Getaway with Amazing Host
My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this home for our summer vacation. Our host, Katie, was absolutely amazing. From the moment we booked the listing until the end of our stay, Katie was exceptionally attentive. She was not only friendly but highly communicative, responsive to our needs, and promptly answered questions.
One of the standout qualities of Katie as a host was her responsiveness. No matter the time of day, she was always just a message or call away, ready to address any concerns or provide helpful recommendations about the area. Her warm and welcoming demeanor truly made us feel at home, and it was evident that she genuinely cared about ensuring we had a fantastic vacation experience.
The vacation house itself was stunning. The interior was beautifully decorated creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. From the moment we stepped inside, we were immediately impressed by the attention to detail in the design and furnishings.There was plenty of room especially with the bunk house and large outdoor deck for relaxation and spending quality time with family.
As for the location of the vacation home, it couldn't have been more perfect. Situated close to a number of great beaches and close to shopping in Harwich Port and Chatham The convenience of having such easy access to all parts of the Cape made our vacation all the more enjoyable.
Our vacation rental experience in Harwich was nothing short of exceptional. We can't wait to come back!

Glorious week in Harwich
We stayed at this house with 6 grandchildren, ranging in age from 5 - 24 and everyone had a great time. The living room was particularly large enough for us all to sit and chat each day. We were fortunate to have great weather most of the week and went somewhere to dinner every night.
The house had everything needed for supplies. The hostess was easy to reach when needed. I would recommend this house to other families.
