Great house!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Beautiful and comfortable home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a spacious, lovely, meticulous home that very comfortably accommodated our extended family. We appreciated all the amenities such as the patio with pool and hot tub, amazing game room, stocked kitchen/laundry, garage with pool/beach gear and high-end beds and linens. Every inch of the home is organized and labeled. Our only disappointment was not being notified ahead of time that there would be home construction on both sides of the house which definitely made lounging by the pool not very relaxing and peaceful. There was also a bit more traffic noise than expected. But overall, this is an exceptional vacation home.

Definitely a haven!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this home for a family outing with our children and grandchildren, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. Not only is the house beautiful and the pool wonderful, but everything was provided. I didn't have to worry about towels, linens, and the garage was packed with pool toys and floats, and balls for playing soccer, catch, or wiffleball. The downstairs activity area was also awesome. The amenities were fabulous; it was clear that the owner considered the needs of the guests, including guests with young children! We were able to fully enjoy our time together, playing with the kids in the pool, barbecuing, and relaxing at the firepit with a drink after they were in bed. Fabulous time! Oh - and the manager, Adam, was wonderful too, very accommodating. Thank you, Adam!

Yearly trip best yet.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed for many years on the Cape at rental properties, but this by far was our favorite. The house is lovely and so well appointed, there is nothing that isn’t provided. The game room was a real hit with our group and we held our very own Cape Olympics! The house is equipped with beach gear, including chairs, coolers, and even some toys. The linens and towels were top shelf as were all the kitchen amenities. We loved spending the afternoons and evenings around the pool and spa, even used the fire pit for making s’mores. The location is excellent as you are close to shops and restaurants. If I had to find one thing that was not five star, I would say it was the noise from the construction going on in the neighborhood and on the main road. Having said that, I would absolutely rent this house again and plan to next year as I know the construction noise is temporary.Thanks to Adam and his team for yet another spectacular Cape rental!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is new and fantastic and we had an outstanding 2-week visit. House was spotless and even better than the description. With 4BR including a spacious master suite and 3 other generously-sized bedrooms we had plenty of space to spread out. The house is extremely well-appointed with cooking gear, tons of utensils/plates/glassware/pots&pans and a high-end backyard BBQ. Owner has provided lots of nice touches like spices/oils/vinegar and a great large refrigerator. Also a wine fridge in separate bar area. Downstairs game room was a real highlight with shuffleboard, billiards and foosball along with a comfy TV area and a fitness area with Peloton. Audio-visual system is great with Sonos speakers throughout and plentiful TVs. Backyard is large and well-maintained with a great swimming pool, pool furniture, umbrellas and an outdoor dining table. Garage is well-stocked with beach chairs and coolers. Location is great with many beaches accessible with a 10-min ride, as well as several Cape Cod Baseball League fields. Supermarket and drugstore are under a half-mile for quick trips. Owner and agent were very friendly, accessible, and responsive for the couple of minor issues we encountered. BOTTOM LINE: this super-premium house has everything you’re looking for and I look forward to staying there again!
