Facility is very nice and well maintained. Customer service is another matter. Breakfast was okay, but ran out of milk, not attentive to other supplies—had to keep asking for things. Hard to find anyone to help at front desk. That was the disappointing part of the stay.

They will not give me a receipt. My employer will not reimbursed me if I don't show a print receipt. The lady at the hotel said its not her problem, figure it out yourself. Very unfriendly and maybe racist towards me. So I will not stay at this hotel again.

We had a suite with a kitchen and there was still food on the stove top, dirt on floors and dead boxelder bugs everywhere.

The floors/carpet in rooms need to be cleaned. Just walking barefoot my feet were black and had to wash feet again and put socks and shoes on in bathroom. I know they have road/highway workers in there so maybe use flooring and carpet by bed. Also white towels are not white and need to be bleached.

Only game in town

People at check in and check out need to stop complaining about how tired they are, and how little sleep they got the night before. Don't understand that.. Beds were just OK, shower was fine. Breakfast was just ok.

Overall the property was very pleasant-looking. However some things didn't work, like the TV. It was replaced upon request. The hot breakfast was luke warm. And the heater in the room didn't work. It was cold all night.
