Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lakefront retreat with private dock. Amazing views, easy walk to the lake/dock, privacy. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has an amazing screen porch with endless lake views. Enjoy an evening under the stars around the firepit.
Escape the hustle and bustle, while still being only 5 minutes to downtown Hartwell for shopping and dining.
Sun Life Lake Hartwell Marina directly across the lake for boat rentals and lakeside dining.
Incredible views of Lake Hartwell. Very short and flat walk to the dock/water...less than 50 steps! Very secluded with no neighbors on either side. Very private dock as well. Deep water cove. Plenty of room for a boat trailer.
We have two adult SUPs, one kids SUP, one kids kayak and a splash mat.
We call our home Sunrise Cove. Get up early and you will see why!

Beautiful location
Such a cute and cozy cabin on the lake. Cabin rooms were set up great and house was clean. Master bath shower is super super tiny even for me and I am tiny. Water accessories, paddle boards, kayak are very old and warn. Didn’t use due to this. Plenty of dishes and utensils to use. Outside lighting at night around driveway would be beneficial for those coming in after dark. There is some cleanup that needs to happen at entrance to dock but other than that outside grounds were fine. The house isn’t far from a dock to put boats in and easy to get back to the house dock. Town is not far either and there is anything you could need there. The owners communicated well and gave great instructions. Overall the house was great! Would definitely stay here again.
