We loved our stay! The outdoor area with the pool made a huge difference. Monica was so helpful with ensuring that we had groceries at the house when we arrived. We had such a good time we booked it again for next year!

Our stay was fantastic. The pool was great, and there are lots of pool toys/floats and items to use. The waterfront is amazing. We swam off the dock, and took the kayaks over to the sand bars. Kitchen well stocked. Lots of beach towels and a nice big laundry room that is stocked with left over sunscreen/bug spray/etc.

This place is special and was perfect for our group. The kitchen is very well equipped and location is perfect between Georgetown amenities and the beautiful beaches in Little Exuma. The property is perfect for groups and very private. Water is incredible. Kayaks were fun. This place is paradise and would highly recommend this property.

PERFECT escape for our family of 7! Everything as described...clean and completely furnished from kitchen utensils to ocean toys. The layout is great for gathering...and separating for privacy when you want. Monica and Krissy were super helpful and prompt to reply (Monica even stocked our fridge as we were to Christmas day and Boxing Day is also observed!)

We have just ended a glorious seven-day stay at the Mandarin House. From beginning to end, Monica was accommodating and flexible. We had to change our reservation, not once, but twice, and she was so patient with us!The house is divided into three separate buildings. The main house has a living room, dining room, kitchen (SO well-stocked - there is even a full drawer of spices and seasonings), laundry room, half bath, and a large master suite. Huge windows allow you a constant view of the beautiful turquoise water. The second building houses another king bedroom, a “bunk room”, a bath, another kitchen with hibachi-style grill, and a pool bath with shower. The third space is a cute studio with bedroom and bath. The buildings are all connected by decks, many of them covered. All of this allowed plenty of spaces for our family of 8 to congregate, as well as plenty of space to spread out for a little quiet time. The pool is lovely and is maintained throughout the week by a pool crew (we saw them at least twice. There is a huge abundance of pool floats, as well as life jackets, beach towels, and snorkeling gear. We enjoyed the dock, the kayaks and paddle boards almost daily.On the other side of things, we did have a couple of issues with water, but they were taken care of quickly and with little interruptions in our activities. We all agreed that the mattresses were the hardest EVER! Some areas could use a few updates, but all-in-all, this house was perfect for our crew!

The Mandarin House was perfect for our family of 9. Plenty of room to spread out and have our own space. The house had everything you would need for a great time in Exuma. Kitchen was well appointed with anything you might need for cooking meals. The generator was great for power outages. Filtered water available. Loved the pool and dock for boat we rented from Drex. He was great to work with. Monica and Jonas were great host and always responded quickly to any questions.

Beautiful island, lovely people!

Beautiful spot, super convenient, lovely people. Groceries easy to find. Kitchen perfect for food prep and group meals. Sitting by pool lovely. We had some challenges with the ac units smelling of mold due to lack of use, bleaching prior to guests arrival would solve that.

Beautiful Setting

We loved this property. The actual set-up of the house, the beautiful view, and the wonderful dock and access to water. We were able to see sea turtles and snorkeled right off the dock and saw starfish and small fish and corals. We loved the pool area. The meal that Bola came and cooked was amazing. Thank you Monica for being so helpful through the whole process.

Birthday/Anniversary Getaway

The perfect place for 2 couples. It was great-each couple had their own space in the evening but we ate breakfast together in the main house each morning and gathered to play cards and just hangout. We were there in September and there were not a lot of restaurants that were open so we did a lot of cooking in the evening as well. Would definitely recommend.
