I had wondered about the amenities. the coffee pot was not cleaned , actually had mold in it , and the carpet was lifting at one corner, where i kept tripping on it. I certainly appreciated the rest ! As it was during the turkey holiday and easy to find through downtown Hartford

Apartment was in a good location. Cute. As pictured. Wonderful access to shops, restaurants, and bars. It sits above a karaoke bar that is LOUD until 2am on the weekends (not sure about weekdays). Would recommend, if you are a heavy sleeper. Communication was good. Directions were clear. Our early check in request was accommodated. We loved Hartford and West Hartford.

Bed was uncomfortable, shower did not drain properly, shower ran out of hot water after a few minutes, and stove and TV did not work. Check-in was confusing: instructions for main acess was wrong.
