I take my hat off to Joseph. Without him, that place would fall apart. He is always there for guests and makes sure that he meets their needs. He is polite and never irritated by the demands guests make. Joseph is a keeper. It would have been nice if there were a swimming pool. Also, I think there should be at least one news channel on the DSTV. The rooms were short on electric plugs, this making it a chore to charge our devices. Making electric plugs easily accessible and visible is a must.

It was so awesome to be at Pumleni, the service was brilliant, the security guard was so friendly, I can promote him to serve in the kitchen or to reception. overall service was awesome, The spa it was wow. We will come visit again. keep it up Pumleni thank you so much....
