House was exactly as described. Yard was large, decks were large with plenty of seating. Remember you are in nature, and it is a cabin. Could use some updating and a deep clean, but it was exactly what we needed. Game room was great, location was perfect for our stay - Gladwin was 13 minutes away, plenty of grocery/party stores within 7 minutes. If you are a hot sleeper, bring a personal fan. Only one room has AC. We had a lovely stay and it was just what we needed for our trip!
