The hotel was fine for a night. We arrived late and started the next morning. We had to wait twenty minutes to check-in. No staff had to call the hotel. The breakfast was limited and not refilled if something was empty. But otherwise acceptable

Tre besøg - første, sidste og eneste

Hotellet var lukket, da vi ankom og det tog 20 minutter at tilkalde personale på et opklistret telefonnummer. Det først anviste værelse var nok det dårligste jeg nogensinde har oplevet, specielt med et 1 kvm badeværelse og vinduer ud til motorvejen. Den på vinduet påklistrede film hang løs skråt ned over ruden og persiennen, som var vildt snavset hang ligeledes skævt. Ved klage fik vi et andet værelse, som var marginalt bedre. Men gulvtæppet, som sikkert har ligget på siden hotellet blev bygget, var så snavset, at vi kun kunne færdes på det iført sko.

Dette hotel har sikkert været godt men tiden og andre ejere har ikke været godt. Service var der ikke noget af og Morgenmaden ! personale totalt usynligt , buffeten var hurtigt tømt. Der kommer vi aldrig mere.

Beskidt .. ikke støvsuget. Spindelvæv. bruseholder knækket. Hele hotellet lukket ned og alle gæster mødte forgæves op til morgenmad. Låst til reception og restaurant. Ingen af os gæster har nogen sinde oplevelt noget lignende

God og rimelig overnatting.

Jeg bodde 3 netter på Hotel Nordkreuz i mai 2024. Sammenlignet med andre hoteller i Flensburg er det et rimelig alternativ. Parkering er gratis. Det ble servert frokost fra 08:00 til 10:00, og den var riktig god. Rommet var ganske stort. Det var litt gammelt i stilen med vegg til vegg-tepper, men renholdet var bra. Badet var av nyere dato. Personalet var hyggelige og ga greie svar på ting jeg lurte på. Et minus er likevel uklarhet om åpningstidene i resepsjonen. Hotellet ligger ca. 2 km. fra Flensburg sentrum, så dette hotellet er nok ikke førstevalg for de som ønsker å bo sentralt. Alt i alt hadde jeg et hyggelig opphold på Hotel Nordkreuz, noe som bidro til en fin weekend i Flensburg.

Hotel er under renovering og derfor delvis lukket ned. Morgenmad er en pose med juice, banan og et par klemmer, var lidt skuffende.

Gennemsnitlig tilstand. Gode store værelser med flot badeværelse. Lidt pletter på gulvtæpper som ikke kunne komme af tænker jeg. Ellers pænt gjort rent. Fin morgenmadsbuffet, dog serverede de ikke morgenmad søndag da vi var de eneste på hotellet, men hang en pose med lidt smurt mad på døren. Vi spiste den ikke da vi ikke vidste hvor længe den havde hængt der. Der var ingen varsel om at de ikke ville servere mad søndag.
