Small efficiency apartment attached to the owners home in the basement area with outside entrance. Parking is available off the street. Family does live there above the space, smoking isn't allowed in the apartment. Grandkids frequent the home occasionally' so there will be some movement going on above the apartment.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchenette and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The vacation home also includes a coffee maker.
