The room was comfortable, large with a refrigerator and microwave. Lovely restaurant right next door! The breakfast was great and the breakfast area was wonderfully set up with many many hot and cold selections from cold cereal to eggs and waffles. And it was free! I would stay here from now on.

Woke us up two days in a row saying the fire alarm was going off in our room... It was not! Elevator is very old, slow and noisy... when it's working. Furnishings are old, unattractive and worn.

Free breakfast was a plus! Place is old but wd good amenities and close to where i wanna go.. Would stay again..

The hotel was clean, and the staff was courteous. The breakfast was on par with other hotels I have stayed at. My only complaint is that the lighting was very dark.

The lobby area by the main entrance is grand and very impressive, newly updated and modern/clean. The breakfast had various choices, including the fruit platter with fresh berries which we loved. The rest of the hotel wasn't as updated but clean. The front desk staff ....not very friendly. I wouldn't say anyone was rude but so indifferent that I almost felt uncomfortable.

Hotel was convenient, clean and friendly. I asked for adjoining / close rooms for my wife and I and our kids. Since the room types were different, king vs. double, they were set to give us rooms on different floors at check-in. Not an uncommon issue with 3rd party billing I'm told. The front desk staff rearranged the rooms so we were across the hall and bumped us up to a king suite, complete with a mini kitchen. We didn't really get to use it as such, but boy the was a nice room. scrambled eggs / omlets were delicious.

All the materials were luxurious. Although the layout is a bit awkward. Eating breakfast I kept getting blasted with cold air from the outside everytime the doors opened. The Parking lot is also really awkward it forces you to park in the rear so you end up entering thru a fire ladderwell instead of the beautiful entrance.

Huge room, great for large families. Close to local attractions. friendly staff

Convenient location to Hersheypark and other attractions. Breakfast buffet was not as good as I expected, but sufficient selection for a family with younger children. Pool was clean. Price was a little high but in line with comparable lodging in the area. Overall, good location for place to rest and unwind after park outing.

The room was adequate for our needs. The only problem we had was getting into the breakfast line and finding table & seats with the number of families and kids present. The staff was quick to call additional help to clean out tables. The desk staff could be more helpful regarding information regarding attractions in the area.

At almost $170.00 for one night in a double queen room in a small town, we were expecting a bit more. The first thing we noticed as we walked the hallway to our room was the strong smell of a geriatric ward. The room had that same funk, luckily after a while our noses acclimated to some extent. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work and the onscreen television guide never loaded the listings. The room was clean and comfortable enough despite the outdated decor, the staff was friendly. The warm buffet breakfast was alright, and there's a small indoor pool and hot tub. Convenient beer distributor across the street and a short drive to Hershey Park. All in all the hotel was only good enough, a little expensive for what it is. Use the pool, pig out at the buffet to get your money's worth, and bring snacks/drinks to avoid the overpriced vending.

Hotel is convenient to all major Hershey attractions. Rooms are spacious and kept very clean. Breakfast is the typical hotel fare, acceptable but not outstanding. Overall, it is a good value for the money.

All was good, free parking, excellent hot breakfast. My 83 years old father said he was staying in a executive suite.

Transportation, meal times, and the helpfulness of the staff were not up to par with usual Hampton inn standards. quite a let down.

My hubby nd I went to the Rv show in Hershey and stay at the Hampton Inn two nights. rooms clean, bathrooms clean, staff friendly. Great location to Hershey . Small pool , fitness center. One problem...we went outside to the open patio located next to the breakfast room to review our information from the Rv show and the huge air conditioner condenser was right there. Very loud. Impossible to sit and relx outside with that on. Other than that , nice place to stay.

There were many hotel options in the Hershey area, although many were at less than 3 star hotels (which i stay away from as a rule of thumb). The Hampton Inn was very nice, located right next to the Hershey Pantry (be forewarned - delicious food, very quaint, but no alcohol!). The location is about a mile from the Hershey Park, rooms were clean. The only thing I would mention is that there was no meat option for the breakfast....I'm a fan of Hampton Inn breakfasts, its always a great perk of staying at these locations. However, they normally have a sausage or bacon option, so I found it odd that this time around there was no meat option. Anyways, great location and hotel for the price.

We went to Hershey Park and stayed in this hotel. It is not far from there and quiet environment.

We were at the Hampton during a terrible thunderstorm that knocked down trees. One fell directly on our car! The experience was a disaster but the staff made up for it by giving us a full refund!

everything was great...clean room...breakfast was great...would definitely stay again...reasonable price

Very clean. Good breakfast that is included. Helpful staff.
