Very disappointing !! Needs drastic overhauling

Very dated interior, dirty linen/bed sheets/chairs, lot of dust and dirt in room, basin was clogged, broken hangers in wardrobe, untrained and casual approach by staff, the list is long …… Would never stay there again.
