The location is quiet and lovely and the rooms were reasonably presented, the beds were comfortable and the linen clean. But we had wanted English language television / streaming and despite following the googled instructions and having set the primary and secondary languages as English, all films ( including Paddington and other English or American films ) stayed stubbornly in German and the TV in Spanish without even English subtitles( which we had also changed to English). When contacted for help the owner suggested that we asked our ( English ) neighbours to help! There were minor additional problems. No instructions about any appliances, no resort information, not even a reminder to remove rubbish on departure ( we did ). There was no plug in the bathroom sink, no scissors to undo difficult food wrappers, no rubber mat or hand holds for a dangerously slippery shower floor, no saucepans smaller that 12 inches wide for a tin of beans or a boiled egg, but there was a mouse, that scuttled past my feet on the first day. The only reason I did not inform the owner was that I knew my wife would need to find alternative accommodation and that would take time to sort out! So not all bad, but not too good, and we rarely give reviews. Oh and while we might have found more information and instructions 'on the app' we could not access the app without ios 17 on our phones.
