Beautiful 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath home located in the Historic Wequetonsing Landowners Association in Harbor Springs just a short walk to downtown or any of the local beaches. Spacious and bright, this home is Harbor Springs at its finest. Located on Pennsylvania Avenue, this home is central to all things Harbor Springs. The home features granite countertops, high end appliances, stone fireplace, formal dining area and a large porch perfect for summer evenings. All 5 bedrooms are on the second floor. The second floor laundry room is very convenient. There is a shared full bathroom with glass shower just down the hall along with 3 additional ensuite bedrooms and another single bedroom with a single twin and double bed. This is the perfect home for gathering with extended family or friends.

*This property has a two week minimum between Memorial Day and Labor Day. No rentals of less that 14 days will be accepted during that time period.
The cottage is heated and features a kitchen and 4.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

Nice home

Great location and home. Clean and well equipped. Only negatives: 3 TVs didn't work; multiple missing light bulbs; towels weren't hanging in bathrooms; many do not use signs such as fireplace and spa tub; and adjacent construction that started as early as 6:15am with loud noise. Despite this would stay again.
