Beautiful luxury house near the North Sea with large enclosed terrace.



You enter a modern and classy vacation home equipped with stylish furniture. The high ceiling and exciting construction of this gives you enough space to breathe and equally a spacious feeling. Thanks to the large window fronts, an incredible amount of light enters the room, which adds to the natural flair. All guests will get their money's worth here, not least in the activity room where a pool table and darts await you. Outside there is a large enclosed terrace, as well as garden furniture and barbecue, so it's wonderful to enjoy a barbecue or a delicious breakfast. The outdoor jacuzzi and sauna invite you to really relax.



The natural beauty of the area offers a rich animal life and is very suitable for cycling and walking. West Jutland in Denmark has a unique, kilometer-long coastline with long sandy beaches that you can easily reach from your vacation home in Vejlby Klit. The beaches and fjords offer fantastic opportunities for swimming and surfing. Super ausgestattetes Haus, groß und komfortabel.

Super ausgestattetes Haus, groß und komfortabel. Sehr umfangreich und stilvoll eingerichtet und wirklich sehr sauber mit moderner Küche, tollem "Spielraum" mit Billiard, Dart und Tischtennis und schönem Wintergarten, der bei Sonnenschein super gemütlich ist.Kritikpunkt ist die schlecht eingestellt Wärmepumpe, die nur einen COP von 2,6 erreicht laut Infodisplay und extrem viel mit dem Notheizstab heizt. Dadurch benötigt dieses Haus viel Strom, der dänemarktypisch viel zu teuer abgerechnet wird (> 50 cent pro kWh). Hier entsteht der Eindruck, dass der Gast durch hohe Nebenkosten dem Eigentümer das Haus querfinanziert. Außerdem ist das Außengerät der Wärmepumpe in einem der Schlafzimmer nachts deutlich hörbar. Leider schienen auch zwei der vier Düsen des Außenwhirlpools defekt zu sein. Für zwei Personen kein Problem, bei drei oder vier jedoch schade, dass dann nicht jeder seine eigenen Düsen bekommen kann.
