the Guesthouse is close to a nice park and at walking distance to the shops. Staff were helpful. My luxury room came with double bed, tv (couldn't really watch any channels), separate bathroom with shower, no curtain, basin and toilet. the bed was comfy the shower was hot only half of the time and the pressure also wasn't very strong. The bedroom windows were facing the guesthouse carpark witch can be a bit noisy at times. Water is not suitable for drinking but they sell it at the reception for 1 usd for 1,5 liters. I didn't see any kitchen facilities but they are supposed to have a microwave available for the guest or the ability to order food at the reception.

Sadly, I think the reviews for this property are misguided. The property is on a relatively dangerous area and way. The Expedia profile states that they have waterfall showers- this is somewhat true- if you turn on the shower head- water does fall out. The same goes with the pillow top mattress- there was a mattress with two pillows on top. It also was not clean and the two towels given were just hand towels- one per room. All the furniture was broken and disheveled in the room. The television had no remote to turn it on. There are also people milling about outside and past the gate is the Wild West. We were not able to buy potable water on property and none provided so a bit jinxed for brushing teeth etc. basic services and no more. A room. A lock. A bed. A toilet. A shower. That’s it.

I had to request toilet roll and towel twice. Room 4 television had 1 channel and couldn't reduce the TV volume. No bath mat. Asked if I could get breakfast there were no supplies. At times noone at Reception. Washed in cold shower 3 days. Rooms were cleaned everyday highlighted my concerns and worries to the staff hopefully they will improve. Another guest came asking for a towel and was given a wet one to dry in his room. One time solar panels were not working slept with a noisy generator all night. Got picked from the airport which was great as I felt safe. The owners need to look at reviews all the time to improve a good property they have. They need to provide or spray airfresners after cleaning. They could do with a washing machine dryer as the weather changes and we need towels. I would stay there but they need to improve on those things I have highlighted. There are no restaurants nearby except 2 supermarkets crossing a very busy unsafe road as tge hotel is in residential area. The wanted cash guests should be given an option to pay by card or cash as they do not always have change for higher notes. You can't take dirty money back to Europe or the USA
