The hotel situated just outside Harare centre has an excellent ambience with a central coffee/snack bar and well kept gardens around the small outside pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the beds were comfortable. There were a few maintenance issues with our room, but nothing to detract from the comfort of our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again for our return visits to Harare

It’s a nice place with a cozy lobby where you can get coffee and snacks. The staff is very friendly, but everything works a little bit slow. They were about to run away the rooms and the pool terrace, so I expect it will be nicer next time we come. The place do need some maintenance. Put overall an okay place to stay

I liked the vegan options at breakfast but the lentils were raw and hard. Breakfast for a vegan guest was USD30 seemed quite unreasonable. The property seems newly renovated but in some areas the renovation looks like a cover up. There are no vegan options for dinner or lunch which seem easy if the traditional foods are properly presented on the menu.

The place has lovely ambience, especially if you ate a long stayer. Thebstagg are courteous and the food is just amazingly innovative and tasty. Housekeeping obliged my request to not be disturbed while ensuring my supply of perishables. While the gym is small, it is adequate if you knoq what you are doing. It could do worj bettwr cleaning though as the mats are often dirty and equipment not wiped down. Will certainly continue staying with them and highly recommend.

Excellent Choice

Very comfortable acomodation located on the outskirts of the city, not too far from the airport. Beautiful gardens and pool. The staff is extremely friendly and the rooms are exceptionally clean. Highly recommended.
